Camp Byng is the premier Scout property in the Pacific Coast Council of Scouts Canada. Located on the Sunshine Coast near Gibsons, BC, Camp Byng is an 85 hectare (210 acre) forested camping area with about 1200 meters (about 3/4 of a mile) of ocean foreshore. The camp is available to all sections of Scouting, for school groups and for non-profit organizations. The camp offers amenities to serve the needs of many different groups.
The camp features three large rental lodges, each with a fully-equipped kitchens, activity rooms, lots of tables and benches/chairs, wood-burning fireplace, some inside dormitory accommodation and washrooms.
Near each lodge there are sleeping hulls, unheated 12' x 16' wood-floored, wood-walled, tarpaulin-roofed cabins with a door made of tarpaulin. Each sleeping hull will sleep six people. Near the sleeping hulls are KYBOs – washroom and shower buildings.
There is an outdoor campfire circle for each lodge located close to the lodge.

Camp Byng also has five large tent camping areas each suitable for groups of up to 600.
Camp Byng has several common-use areas in the camp, including a campfire circle at Sunset Rock on the beach, a spiritual centre, and a nature trail. The remainder of the property is primarily forested land with lots of trails to explore and beachfront to enjoy.
