For non-profit organizations, the Organizational Hold-Harmless and Indemnity Agreement and Certificate of Insurance naming Scouts Canada as an additional insured are required, and in addition, a rental questionnaire (completed by telephone with the Camp Ranger) and a letter setting out the mission, aims and goals of the renting organization are required.
