Camp Reservations

Camp Reservations:

Camp reservations can be made on or after January 1 of each year for current reservations and for reservations for the next Scouting year.  For example, reservations can be made on or after January 1, 2010, for the period up to August 31, 2011.

Please make your camp reservations by e-mail request to campbyng@scouts.ca.  Please include the following information:

• The Group Name.
• The name of the contact person.
• The home telephone number of the contact person.
• The cellular telephone number of the contact person.
• The e-mail address of the contact person.
• The mailing address of the contact person.
• The preferred dates you wish to use the camp.
• The preferred camp lodge or meadow you wish to use, and alternatives.

Camp reservations may also be made by telephone to the Camp Ranger 1‑604-886-2686 or toll free 1-877-885-2686.

All lodge reservations require a $150.00 per lodge non-refundable deposit.  With the e-mailed reservation confirmation e-mail will be included an invoice for the lodge deposit/s in PDF format.  This deposit must be received at camp within 45 days of the invoice date, or by one month prior to the start of camp, whichever is earlier.  Failure to pay the deposit on time may result in your camp reservation being cancelled.
